摘要
为降低数控车床对刀过程中存在的误差,在分析误差存在的原因后,设计完成了中置型车刀的对刀辅具。该辅具在实际生产中,可降低人为因素引起的对刀误差,有助于提高零件的加工精度。
In order to reduce the error existing in the tool adjustment process of numerical control lathe , it analy-zes the errors factors and reason , designs the assist device for tool adjustment .This device can reduce the tool adjustment error caused by the human factors , improve the processing precision of parts .
