摘要
随着自动化技术的发展及其设备的普及,传统电镀工业从人工操作阶段进入了自动化控制的时代,使PLC作为核心部件大量应用到龙门线的控制系统中。PLC在提高龙门线工作效率的同时,由于传统的PLC编程方法使得龙门线在走法更改上不具备很好的灵活性与自由度,由此对PLC编程方法进行了研究,提出实践性的对策,即利用PLC数据寄存器结合步进程序,在原程序基础上扩展龙门线走法更改的自由性。
With the development of automation technology and the equipment's popularization, during the transition from traditional eleetroplating way to automation control, the PLC data register, as the core part, has been applied to the control system of longmen production line and enhance efficiency. But the traditional program way of PLC lower the sensitivity and degree of freedom. To solve this problem, this paper offer the methods of operability by applying the PLC data register to work with stepping program, which extends the unrestricted track of longrnen production line based on the source program.
