测绘项目施工进度监测方法的实现与应用研究

Study on the Implementation and Application of the Monitoring Methods of Mapping Project Construction Progress

随着现代信息化技术的不断发展,项目进度管理手段的信息化水平也得以快速提高。对于测绘企业而言,随着测绘市场的逐步搞活和各类测绘项目的日益增多,由于各测绘企业内部控制流程不尽相同,测绘项目的专业性也在不断加强,为测绘项目作业的施工进度的控制和监测工作带来了困难。文中主要研究如何依据企业发展现状定制科学、高效的企业内部工程项目控制流程,并结合内部控制流程的实施过程进度监测的计算方法,对各工序在开工、完工、项目进度过半等重要的时间点进行提示和预警,使管理者分别从整体和细节两个不同的层面上及时掌握项目施工情况,为科学决策提供准确的数据支持。

In recent years,with the continuous development of modern information technology,information management level of the project progress had been improved rapidly.For surveying and mapping enterprises,with the markets gradually were liven and various mapping projects were increasing,the internal control processes of each enterprise were vary and professionalism of the surveying and mapping project was continuously strengthen.Construction progress and monitor of the project became difficult.In the paper,the author studied how to make the scientific and efficient internal project control flowchart based on the current situation of the enterprise.The author prompted and alerted the important time point of each step in the start,completion,more than half of the project schedule combining the calculation method of monitoring the progress of the implementation process of internal control processes.Manager could separately grasp the construction of the project from the overall and detail.It provided accurate data support to scientific decision.
