导痰祛瘀法治疗糖尿病合并冠心病60例

60 Cases of Diabetes Combined with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Treated with Method of Removing Phlegm and Stasis

目的:观察导痰祛瘀法治疗糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的临床疗效。方法:选取糖尿病合并冠心病患者120例,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组给予万爽力盐酸曲美他嗪片口服治疗,试验组给予导痰祛瘀法治疗。结果:试验组有效率95.00%,对照组有效率70.00%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组FBG,心率、血压、E/A值改善情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:导痰祛瘀法治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of method of removing phlegm and stasis in treating diabetes combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods： 120 patients with diabetes combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Wanshuangli trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets for oral administration,while the ones in the experiment group were treated with the method of removing phlegm and stasis. Results： The total effective rate of the experiment group（ 95. 00%） was better than that（ 70. 00%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement conditions of FBG,heart rate,blood pressure and E / A value of the experiment group were all better than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The method of removing phlegm and stasis has good effect in treating diabetes combined with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
