中药内服联合介入手术治疗原发性肝癌35例

Oral Administration of Chinese Herbs Combined with Interventional Operation for Treating 35 Cases with Primary Liver Cancer

目的:观察中药内服联合介入手术治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法:将67例原发性肝癌Ⅲ期患者随机分为对照组32例和治疗组35例。对照组单纯给予肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用中药内服治疗。结果:治疗组临床症状改善率、肿瘤病灶发展情况、生存期均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合介入手术治疗原发性肝癌疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with interventional operation on primary liver cancer. Methods： 67 cases with primary liver cancer at the third stage were randomized into control group（ 32 cases） and treatment group（ 35 cases）. Control group were given pure Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（ TACE）,while treatment group were additionally given oral administration of Chinese herbs. Results： The symptoms＇ improvement rate,development condition of the tumor focus,and survival time in treatment group were better than these in control goup（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with interventional operation has remarkable therapeutic effect on primary liver cancer.
