综合康复训练结合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例

30 Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Comprehensive Recovery Training

目的:观察综合康复训练结合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。方法:选取2011年5月-2013年10月本院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予综合康复训练治疗,两组均治疗2个月。结果:观察组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为76.67%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后JOA简化评分、腰痛评分及直抬腿抬高试验评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组复发率为13.33%,对照组复发率为26.67%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组首次复发时间、平均复发次数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)结论:综合康复训练结合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,可以有效地改善患者症状,降低复发率,减少并发症的发生。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of comprehensive recovery training combined with acupuncture in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and its complications. Methods： 60 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated in the hospital from May of 2011 to Oct. of 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,while the ones in the observation group were added comprehensive recovery training on the basis treatment of the control group. Both groups accepted 2 months＇ treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（ 93. 33%） was better than that（ 76. 67%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,JOA simplification score,waist pain score and straight leg raising test score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between them had statistical meaning（ all P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group（ 13. 33%） was lower than that（ 26. 67%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The first recurrence time and average recurrence times of the observation group were all fewer than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive recovery training combined with acupuncture has very good effect in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and can greatly improve patients＇ symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate and its complications.
