补肾生血方治疗老年腰椎退行性变围手术期贫血临床研究

The Clinical Research on Anemia of Senile Lumbar Degeneration During Perioperative Period Treated with Bushen Shengxue Decoction

目的:观察自拟补肾生血方治疗老年腰椎退行性变围手术期贫血的临床疗效,以期减少术中(后)输血。方法:选取老年脊柱腰椎退行性变患者180例,所有患者均伴有不同程度贫血,随机分为治疗组100例和对照组80例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟补肾生血方治疗。结果:治疗组显效率为47.00%,有效率为96.00%,对照组显效率为26.25%,有效率为88.75%,治疗组显效率、有效率均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组神疲乏力、面色少华、头晕眼花、心悸不宁等中医症状改善率优于对照组(P均<0.05);围手术期治疗组Hb、HCT明显升高,优于对照组(P<0.01);两组输血量比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);两组术后住院时间比较,治疗组的数值小于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.01)。结论:自拟补肾生血方治疗老年腰椎退行性变围手术期贫血疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Bushen Shengxue Decoction（ BSSXD） on anemia of senile lumbar degeneration during perioperative period in order to reduce blood transfusion during operation. Methods： 180 patients with senile lumbar degeneration and different degrees of anemia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with100 cases and 80 cases in each group respectively. The patients in the control group were given routine Western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were added self-made BSSXD on the basis treatment of the control group. Results： The efficiency rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were 47. 00% and 96. 00% respectively; The efficiency rate and the effective rate of the control group were 26. 25% and 88. 75% respectively; And the treatment group was better than the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The total improvement rate of TCM symptoms of the treatment group such as pale complexion,dizziness,heart palpitations,restless,etc. were better than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. During perioperative period,Hb,HCT of the treatment group greatly improved and were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The blood transfusion volume of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. After the operation,the hospitalization time of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）,but the difference between them had no statistical meaning（ P〉0. 01）. Conclusion： Self-made BSSXD has very good curative effect on anemia of senile lumbar degeneration during perioperative period.
