摘要
目的:观察加味玉屏风散治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对血清TNF-α、IL-8表达水平的影响。方法:将128例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,观察组给予加味玉屏风散治疗,对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗。治疗4周后,观察两组临床疗效、起效时间、复发率并进行比较,检测两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平。结果:观察组有效率为98.43%,对照组有效率为93.75%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风散治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,复发率低,且不良反应轻微,且可明显抑制血清中TNF-α与IL-8的表达。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Yupingfeng Powder in treating chronic urticaria and its influence on TNF-α and IL-8 expression level. Methods： 128 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 64 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with Modified Yupingfeng Powder,while the ones in the control group were treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride. After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the clinical curative effect,start-working time,recurrence rate were compared,and the expression levels of serum TNF-α and IL-8were detected. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（ 98. 43%） was better than that（ 93. 75%） of the control group（ 93. 7%）（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The expression levels of serum TNF-α and IL-8 were much lower than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Modified Yupingfeng Powder has very good curative effect in treating chronic urticaria with low recurrence rate and slight adverse reactions,and can greatly suppress the expression levels of serum TNF-α and IL-8.
