参芪降糖片联合格列喹酮治疗2型糖尿病40例

40 Cases of Type Ⅱ Diabetes Treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets Combined with Gliquidone

目的:观察参芪降糖片联合格列喹酮治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年5月在本院治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组另给予格列喹酮治疗,观察组另给予参芪降糖片联合格列喹酮治疗。结果:观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为82.5%,观察组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖指标均得到明显改善,且优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组低血糖症状发生率、酮症酸中毒发生率、急诊率及住院率均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖片联合格列喹酮治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著,且能明显降低不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets（ SQJTT） combined with gliquidone. Methods： 80 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes treated in the hospital from May of 2012 to May of 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. All the patients in both groups were given routine treatment,while the ones in the control group were added gliquidone; The ones in the observation group were added SQJTT combined with gliquidone. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（ 95. 0%） was better than that（ 82. 5%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. All the blood sugar indexes of the observation group were greatly improved and better than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The hypoglycemia syndrome occurrence rate,ketoacidosis occurrence rate,emergency rate and admission rate were all better than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： SQJTT combined with gliquidone has very good curative effect in treating type Ⅱ diabetes,and can clearly reduce adverse reaction.
