益气通腹方对腹部手术后肠道功能恢复的影响

The Influence of Yiqi Tongfu Prescription on Recovering Intestinal Tract Function After Abdominal Operation

目的:观察益气通腹方对腹部手术后肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:选取腹部手术后患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各80例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气通腹方治疗。结果:治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复及排气时间为(16.2±3.5)h和(21.3±4.3)h,对照组术后肠鸣音恢复及排气时间为(25.5±4.5)h和(33.4±5.3)h,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气通腹方能促进腹部手术后肠道功能恢复,且安全有效。

Objective： To observe the influence of Yiqi Tongfu Prescription（ YQTFP） on recovering intestinal tract function after abdominal operation. Methods： 160 patients having accepted abdominal operation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random numbers,with 80 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added YQTFP on the basis treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,the bowel sound recovery and passing flatus time of the treatment group were（ 16. 2 ± 3. 5） h and（ 21. 3 ± 4. 3） h respectively,while those of the control group were（ 25. 5 ± 4. 5） h and（ 33. 4 ± 5. 3） h respectively; And the treatment group was much better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YQTFP can promote recovery of intestinal tract function after abdominal operation,and is safe and effective.
