加味增液汤合交泰丸足浴治疗阴虚火旺型失眠35例

Jiawei Zengye Tang Combined with Jiaotai Pill and Foot Bath for Treating 35 Cases with Insomnia Due to Yin Deficiency and Fire Hyperactivity

目的:观察加味增液汤合交泰丸治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的临床疗效。方法将70例阴虚火旺型的失眠症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予加味增液汤合交泰丸足浴治疗,对照组给予口服安眠药治疗。结果:两组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味增液汤合交泰丸足浴治疗阴虚火旺型失眠有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Zengye Tang combined with Jiaotai Pill and foot bath for treating insomnia due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity. Methods： 70 cases with insomnia due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity were randomized into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. Observation group were given Jiawei Zengye Tang combined with Jiaotai Pill and foot bath therapy,while control group were given oral administration of Sleeping Tablets. Results： The pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI） in observation group is better than that in observation group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Jiawei Zengye Tang combined with Jiaotai Pill and foot bath has good effects on insomnia due to yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity.
