摘要
根据核电旋转电机管路的防锈要求制订了详细的工艺流程,对实施过程中存在的过腐蚀、磷化膜不均以及磷化后返锈等问题进行了试验研究,得出了酸洗液的最佳配比和最佳磷化剂,解决了磷化后返锈的难题,可为此类产品的磷化处理提供参考。
According to the rust prevention requirement of the pipes of rotating electric machines in nuclear power stations,a detailed phosphating technology process was developed. The problems occurred in implement of the technology process,such as the over-etching,the unevenness of phosphating film and the re-rust after phosphorization,were researched experimentally,and the optimal proportion of the acid washing liquid and the best phosphorization agent were obtained. The problem of re-rust after phosphorization was solved. The results in this paper provide reference for phosphating of similar equipments in nuclear power stations.
