摘要
采用加药反应沉淀+磁水循环错流+微滤过滤等技术相结合的方式处理反渗透浓水,其产水硬度(以Ca CO3计)≤300 mg/L,浊度≤5 NTU,满足了GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》的要求,减轻了后续回用处理单元的负担,提高了水的利用率。
Several technologies,such as the dosing reaction sedimentation,the magnetic water circulating cross flow and the microfiltration,were combined adopted to treat the reverse osmosis concentrated water. The product water indexes are as below:hardness( expressed as CaC O3) ≤300 mg/L,turbidity < 5NTU,which meet the requirements of file GB / T 19923—2005'The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water: Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses'. The burden of the sequent reuse treatment unit was lightened,and the water utilization rate was improved.
