摘要 通过磨煤机系统调整试验,探讨了煤粉细度和能耗与分离器挡板开度、加载力、出力、风量等的关系,优化了磨煤机运行参数,改善了磨煤机风煤比均衡性及煤粉细度。通过变一次风量、变氧量、变二次风和三次风以及变燃烧器配风等试验,研究了锅炉运行各参数对锅炉效率的影响。根据试验结果对机组运行参数进行了优化调整,解决了机组运行过程中存在的飞灰可燃物含量高、排烟温度高等问题,保证机组安全、稳定运行。 Through the adjustment experiment of the coal mill system,the relationship of the coal fineness and the energy consumption of the mills with the opening degree of the splitter,the loading force,the output and the air volume was investigated.The operation parameters of the mills were optimized. The equilibrium of the coal- air ratio of the mills and the pulverized coal fineness were improved. The experiments of changing primary air flow,changing oxygen,changing secondary air and tertiary air and changing the burner air distribution mode were carried out,and according to the experiment results,the influence of the boiler operation parameters on the boiler efficiency were studied. Based on above experiments results,the operation parameters of the unit were optimized and adjusted. The problems of the unit in its operation,which include high combustible matter content in fly ash and the high exhaust gas temperature,were solved. The safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
