关节镜术后医用臭氧联合透明质酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

The effect of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery

目的:探讨关节镜术后医用臭氧联合透明质酸钠注射在膝骨性关节炎(KOA)治疗中的疗效。方法:选取KOA患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组关节镜术后仅行关节腔注射透明质酸钠;治疗组关节镜术后,每次关节腔除注射透明质酸钠外,同时注射医用臭氧。2组注射次数和频率相同,比较治疗后3、6、12个月的疗效。结果:2组治疗后3、6、12个月Lysholm评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后6个月和12个月Lysholm评分均优于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:关节镜术后医用臭氧联合透明质酸钠注射治疗KOA疗效明显。

Objective： To explore the effects of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group（ 60 cases each group）. The control group and treatment group were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection of articular cavity and sodium hyaluronate combined with medical ozone injection of articular cavity after arthroscopic surgery,respectively. The injection time and frequency in two groups were the same. The curative effects between two groups were compared in 3,6 and 12 months after treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment in two groups,their Lysholm scales increased significantly in 3,6 and 12 months after treatment（ P〈0. 01）. The Lysholm scales in treatment group in 6 and 12 months after treatment were better than those in control group（ P〈0. 05 and P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The effects of medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery are good.
