准妈妈课堂在产后盆底肌康复治疗中的作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨实施准妈妈课堂对孕妇产后进行盆底肌康复治疗的重要性。方法:设置准妈妈课堂,以讲座的形式宣传盆底康复锻炼方法及产后保健知识,对是否接受教育的孕妇分为2组分别进行调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果:观察组通过定期的、多层次、具有针对性的准妈妈课堂相关知识的培训,对分娩所致的盆底肌损伤及复建治疗的必要性的知晓率、认识正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);在进行盆底肌锻炼动因的调查中发现,了解相关知识是促进孕妇产后进行盆底肌检查及治疗的主要原因,2组孕妇进行盆底康复行为方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以准妈妈课堂的形式对孕妇进行产后健康教育,可以提高女性对盆底肌康复必要性的认识,对推广盆底肌康复治疗起积极作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of quasi mother classroom on postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment.Methods: The postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation method and health knowledge were propagandized in quasi mother classroom. The pregnant women were divided into two groups according to their health education,and their education results were analyzed. Results: The regular,multi-level and specialized quasi mother classroom knowledge training were implemented in the observation group. The awareness and correct cognition of the necessary rehabilitation treatment in pelvic floor muscle injury caused by delivery in observation group were better than those in control group( P〈0. 01). The understanding relevant knowledge was the main reason in the inspection and treatment of postpartum pelvic floor muscle injury. The difference of the rehabilitation behavior between two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusions: The postpartum health education in quasi mother classroom can improve the female cognition on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation,which can play a positive role on the promoting pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation,and improve the life quality of women.
