安徽省部分农村地区基层医生慢性病防治能力调查分析

The investigation of the ability of grassroots doctor in preventing and controlling the chronic diseases in some rural areas in Anhui province

目的:了解安徽省部分农村地区基层医生慢性病防治能力。方法:自行设计问卷进行定量和定性调查,采取分层整群抽样方法抽取320名基层医生开展问卷调查和定性访谈。结果:在所调查的基层医生中,对高血压诊断标准正确回答率最高,但仍有5.2%的医生将血压大于160/95 mm Hg作为高血压的诊断标准,68.3%的医生不能完全列出降压药物种类;对糖尿病调查中,仍有48.2%的医生将空腹血糖≥7.8 mmol/L作为糖尿病的诊断标准,84.1%的医生不能完全列出糖尿病综合治疗方法。患者健康意识淡薄、医务人员本身重治轻防、政府投入不足是影响慢性病防治最主要的问题。结论:应强化政府公共卫生职责,采取有效措施切实提高基层卫生技术人员慢性病防治能力。

Objective： To investigate the ability of grassroots doctor in preventing and controlling the chronic diseases in some rural areas. Methods： Three hundred and twenty grassroots doctors selected by the stratified cluster sampling method were investigated using the questionnaire survey and qualitative interviews. Results： The correct answer rate of the diagnostic criteria of high blood pressure was the highest in grassroots doctors,but 5. 2% of grassroots doctors set the blood pressure more than 160 /95 mm Hg as the diagnostic criteria of hypertension,68. 3% of grassroots doctors did not know the kinds of anti-hypertensive medications. The 48. 2% of grassroots doctors set the fasting blood-glucose more than or equal to 7. 8 mmol / L as the diagnostic criteria of diabetes,68. 3% of grassroots doctors did not know the comprehensive treatment method of diabetes. The thin health consciousness of patient,heavy treatment light prevention of medical staff and insufficient input of government were the major problem in preventing and treating the chronic diseases.Conclusions： The sanitation responsibilities of government should be strengthened,the grassroots doctor ability in preventing and controlling the chronic diseases should be improved.
