摘要
目的:探讨诺贝尔生理学或医学奖主题教学与实践活动对医学生素质培养的作用。方法:在蚌埠医学院大学二年级医学生300名中开展诺贝尔生理学或医学奖主题教学、报告、演讲、辩论等活动(实验组),同时选择同年级未参加此项活动的医学生300名(对照组)进行问卷调查。对比该活动对参与者基础课重要性认知、基础医学学习热情、医学问题探究欲望、基础医学科研思维培养、基础医学科研思路形成的影响。结果:实验组在医学素质培养方面受到积极影响;实验组学生各指标受影响的程度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:诺贝尔生理学或医学奖主题教学与实践活动对医学生素质培养有着积极作用,值得医学院校推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the role of subject teaching and practice concerning the Nobel Prize owners in physiology or medicine on the training of medical students. Methods: The subject teaching,reports,speeches and debates concerning the Nobel Prize owners in physiology or medicine were launched in 300 medical sophomores of Bengbu Medical College( experiment group) and other300 medical sophomores( control group) who did not participate in the activity; and all the students were investigated by questionnaires.The acknowledge of the importance of basic medical courses,the enthusiasm for basic medical courses,the desire to explore medical problems,and the influence on the scientific thinking and formation of scientific researching were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results: More than 276 students in the experiment group presented positive performance. Compared with the control group,the experiment group displayed a higher proportion of excellent performance( P〈0. 01). Conclusions: The subject teaching and practice concerning the Nobel Prize owners in physiology or medicine have a positive effect on the training of medical students. It is worth popularizing in medical colleges.
