摘要
为了验证散货船-油船协调共同规范(HCSR规范)中整套疲劳评估方法的合理性,从HCSR规范疲劳评估节点的合理性和评估方法的合理性两方面比较HCSR疲劳评估结果与实船损坏记录的一致程度或趋势,对HCSR规范进行疲劳评估方法校准分析,验证了HCSR规范疲劳评估方法的合理性。
The fatigue assessment method of Harmonized Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers( HCSR) is verified in the aspects of hot spot selection reasonability and assessment method reasonability by comparing HCSR fatigue assessment results with ship damage record in the aspect of consistent degree or tendency.It is proved that the fatigue assessment method of HCSR is reasonable and the relative references are also given to the development of HCSR in process.
