摘要
锥环柱结构是柱壳和锥壳连接的一种新型结构形式,实现了柱壳和锥壳的光顺连接,可消除结构的不连续性,降低纵向弯曲应力峰值,应力分布均匀,结构重量小,且最大应力部位避开了焊缝。通过不同结构形式的计算和对比分析,展示锥环柱结构的优越力学性能。通过不同结构参数的多方案计算和分析比较,得到环壳半径、环壳厚度和半锥角对环壳力学性能的影响。
As a new-type structure connecting the cylinder shell and the cone shell,the cone-toroid-cylinder combination shell brings many advantages such as smooth connection between the cylinder shell and the cone shell,avoiding the structure discontinuity,reducing the maximum longitudinal bend stress,uniform stress distribution,small structure weight,and the maximum stress position avoiding the welding line.By calculation and comparative analysis of different structures,the cone-toroid-cylinder combination shell represents excellent mechanical performance.Different factors to affect the mechanical performance are analyzed,such as the radius and thickness of toroid,as well as the angle of the cone shell.
