摘要
介绍小型船坞内造大船的实际案例,以163000 DWT油船GA21C挂舵臂总段为例,从初始设计和生产周期的角度考虑,在不进行分段重新划分的情况下,通过改变预组和总组形式来满足船坞吊装要求。跟踪操作验证了这一方法切实可行,可有效缩短造船周期。
The practical example of constructing large ship in small dock is introduced.The GA21C hanging rudder assembly of 163000 DWT oil tanker is taken as an example,the initial design and production cycle are taken into account,the pregroup and general group styles are modified to meet the lifting requirements of the dock.The operations are tracked.It is proved that this method is feasible and effective,which can shorten the shipbuilding cycle.
