摘要
为减少翻沉事故的发生,保障水上生命财产安全,以岳阳"11·20"事故为研究对象,提出通过加装气胀式附加浮体,在翻沉临界点附近及时施加额外的复原力矩,以抑制船舶翻沉的方法,经稳性分析证明该方法有效可行。
To reduce the capsizing accident of ship,ensure life and property safety of water transportation,the Yueyang 11.20 disaster is studied to present a method to prevent capsizing accident by equipping the additional inflatable floating body,which can provide a timely extra righting moment near the critical capsizing point.The stability analysis proved that it is effective and feasible.
