检测实验室是品质检验、技术攻关的重要场所,健全的实验室赔偿制度有利于推进实验室风险管理制度的完善和实施,也是优化和规范实验室运作必不可少的制度保障。实验室风险防控赔偿机制主要是针对实验室在具体业务活动中可能存在的赔偿风险而设立的一套系统规范的赔偿体系。目前我国大部分实验室都未能建立系统的实验室风险防控赔偿制度,在现实情况下,也由此滋生了实验室缺乏良性约束和自我管理等问题。现结合实验室风险管理的要求和现阶段实验室赔偿现状,力图探索建立一套完整的实验室风险防控的赔偿机制,推进实验室赔偿制度的规范化和制度化,从而更好地服务于社会。

Testing laboratory is an important place for quality inspection and technology research. Establishing a complete compensation system will help promoting the improvement and implementation of laboratory risk management,it is also the essential system support of laboratories good operation. If making a general survey of developed country and region,we can easily find that the excellent operation of laboratory cannot be separated from the support of the rigorous perfect compensation mechanism. By contrast, at present, most laboratories in China fail to construct such a compensation system,and so lead to a series of problems,such as the lack of benign constraints and self-management.This article just tries to explore the proper way of establishing a complete set of laboratory compensation mechanism based on the requirements of laboratory risk management and current situation of compensation. In this way it will also contribute to make the compensation more institutionalized and standardized to serve the social better.
