基于顶层设计思想的开放实验室模式初探

The Research of Open Laboratory Based on the Topmost Design

结合开放性实验室建设运行的实际,从校领导、校实验中心、各二级院校及其实验室各层面在开放性实验室运行管理中的作用,面向学生这一服务主体,基于顶层设计思想,阐述了开放性实验室模式的基本内涵,按照科学的理论、方法和步骤,通过多视角地全面分析、描述和设计,并结合国内高校研究实践成果,对开放性实验室模式的实现进行了探索。提出站在学校整体和全局这一高度系统地制定长期规划,逐步实现阶段性目标,统筹全局和整合资源,完善开放实验室管理和开放制度,制定切实有效的运行机制,使之更好地为教师和学生服务的一些途径和方法。

Combined with the actual operation of the open laboratory construction,the paper dealt with the roles of school,school experiment center,the secondary colleges and its use of various laboratories in the application of operation and management of Open Laboratory. From student-oriented viewpoint and based on the conception of top-level design,the paper referred to the domestic research and practice achievements of colleges and universities,elaborated the basic connotation of opening laboratory mode,and explored model for open laboratory in accordance with the scientific theory,method and steps through multi-angle comprehensive analysis,description and design. The idea gradually realized the stage goal,long-term planning,and took the whole situation into account. The plan should accord with integrated resource,and improve the management of the open laboratory and open system,and establish operation mechanism effectively. The purpose of the paper is to serve to teachers and students in some ways and methods.
