摘要
中国古代的职官考课,从战国起迄至清朝,虽代有兴革,但一直沿行不衰,是一种常态化的职官管理制度。从先秦的《上计律》起,到清朝的六法考吏,考课之法一脉相承,成为中国古代行政法体系中的重要组成部分。
Being a normalized official management system, the Kaoke of officials in ancient China continued with some prosper and reforms from the Warring States period to Qing dynasty. From pre-Qin period to Qing dynasty, the method of Kaoke remained connected with the past, becoming a major component of the administrative law system in ancient China.
