摘要
从太钢5号高炉6年多的生产实践出发,分析影响煤气流分布的各项因素,及在不同的煤比和产量指标下,怎样通过各项操作参数和制度的合理匹配,并根据不同时期煤气流分布特点,有针对性地进行调整。从而使5号高炉实现了煤气利用率50.0%和燃料比500.0kg/t以下的较高煤气利用率和低燃料比生产。
From TISCO NO.5blast furnace more than six years of production practice,analyzing the various factors influencing the gas flow distribution,and under the different coal ratio and production index,how to through the various operation parameters and the system of reasonable matching,and according to the gas flow distribution characteristics in different periods,targeted to adjust.So that no.5blast furnace achieved 50.0%and fuel gas utilization ratio of 500.0kg/t under the higher gas utilization and low fuel than production.
