摘要
根据西昌钢钒公司转炉炼钢、转炉干法除尘特性,在分析半钢炼钢造渣特点的基础上,开发了适应大型转炉半钢冶炼的冷压球团XG型复合造渣剂,替代现用WN型复合造渣剂,在满足半钢炼钢造渣工艺的基础上,实现了二次资源的循环利用,并在生产中取得了较好的经济技术指标。
Based on the characteristics of converter smelting,dry dedusting process and slagging process with semi-steel,XG-type slag-making agent which is suitable to large converter steel smelting is developed,which replaces the WN-type slag-making agent.The application shows that it can meet the needs of converter slagging process with semi-steel,and furthermore,it can meet the requirement of cyclic utilization of secondary resource.
