Mutual embedding: a new direction in building an ethical community environment

相互嵌入是不同社会主体(包括个体和群体)在社会互动中的相互接纳、吸收和依赖并形成共同体的过程,是对中国民族关系和民族发展的动态把握,成为民族社区建设发展新的方向。通过主导型城市社区、农村社区和混合型城市社区、农村社区的类型划分,利用结构互嵌、经济互嵌、关系互嵌、文化互嵌的维度分析,可以对建设相互嵌入的民族社区环境进行初步的探讨。

The mutual embedding is a process formed in the social interaction of different social main parts,including individuals and groups,who accept each other,absorb and depend on each other and form a community. This is a dynamic grasp on the ethical relation and national development in China,and becomes a new direction of the building and development of ethical communities. This paper discusses initially on the building of a mutually embedded ethical community environment by dividing several types including the dominated urban community,the rural community,and the mixed urban community,and analyzing it from the dimensions of structural mutual embedding,economic mutual embedding,relational mutual embedding and cultural mutual embedding.
