摘要
目的:研究氧化苦参碱对家兔离体右心室流出道心肌细胞跨膜电位的影响及其对该部位自律性异常的调节作用。方法:玻璃微电极细胞内记录离体家兔右心室流出道自律细胞,观察氧化苦参碱对右心室流出道细胞跨膜电位的影响,以及氧化苦参碱对模拟酸中毒条件(p H6.9)引发右心室流出道心肌细胞跨膜电位各项指标改变的影响。结果:在模拟酸中毒(p H6.9)灌流时,右室流出道细胞APD50、APD90均明显缩短,VDD、Vmax和RPF显著变慢;用不同剂量氧化苦参碱(25、50、100μmol/L)灌流,出现剂量依赖性APD50、APD90的延长,VDD与RPF进一步减慢,以大剂量组氧化苦参碱影响作用最为明显。结论:提示氧化苦参碱对酸中毒导致的家兔右心室流出道慢反应自律细胞跨膜电位改变所诱发的心律失常有明显的保护作用。
Objective: to observe the effects of Oxymatrine on isolated rabbits cardiac cells transmembrane potential induced by acidosis and anti-arrhythmic effects of the mechanism. Methods: By using conventional intracellular microelectrode technique to record transmembrane potential. Results: in simulation acidosis p H6. 9 condition, right ventricular outflow tract cell APD50,APD90 were significantly shortened,VDD、Vmax and RPF significantly slow; With different doses of Oxymatrine( 25、50、100μmol / L) perfusion,appear dose dependence. APD50,APD90 prolonged,VDD and RPF significantly more slower. Conclusion: the Oxymatrine to acidosis in rabbits right ventricular outflow tract slow reaction self-discipline cell transmembrane potential to change induced arrhythmia has a significant protective effect.
