消化内科护理风险与管理控制对策

Nursing risk and management control countermeasures in department of gastroenterology

目的:探讨消化内科护理风险隐患及护理管理控制对策。方法:评估消化内科患者住院期间的护理工作中的不安全因素,进行积极的有针对性的护理风险管理,调查并评定护理药品差错、患者满意度、护理人员的焦虑情绪改善情况。结果:采取积极的护理管理控制对策后,药品差错明显减少,患者满意度明显改善(P<0.01),但护理人员的焦虑情绪改善程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在消化内科护理工作中,通过针对性的护理管理对策,可显著降低药品差错情况,同时,可提高患者满意度,改善护理人员焦虑情绪。

Objective： To investigate the nursing risks management control countermeasures. Methods： To assess in department of gastroenterology, and to strengthen nursing the patients in department of gastroenterology during hospi- talization, the unsafe factors of nursing work, to carry on the positive targeted nursing safety prevention measures, to investigate and evaluate the nursing drug errors, patient satisfaction, and improve nursing staff of anxiety. Results： After take active nursing management control countermeasures, drugs error reduced and patients satisfaction improved significantly （P〈0.01） , but nursing staff anxiety improved （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Through targeted nursing management countermeasures, nursing in department of gastroenterology, the drug error can be reduced at the same time, the patients＇ satisfaction and nursing staff anxiety can be improved. significantly,
