摘要 目的:探讨生物反馈治疗系统联合咽部冰刺激等方法综合治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察。方法:选择急性脑梗塞患者47例,随机分为研究组24例,对照组23例。对照组只进行常规吞咽障碍康复训练,研究组采用生物反馈治疗系统和冰生理盐水进行吞咽训练治疗。疗程2周,治疗前后采用洼田饮水试验进行评定。结果:经2周治疗后,研究组总有效率87.5%;对照组为56.5%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用生物反馈治疗系统和冰刺激等方法进行康复治疗急性脑梗塞后吞咽障碍,方法简单,对吞咽症状的改善有较好的促进作用。 Objective: To investigate the biofeedback therapy system to observe the curative effect of combined pharyngeal ice stimulation treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods: 47 cases of patients with acute cerebral in- farction, were divided into study group 24 cases, control group 23 cases. The control group only routine dysphagia re- habilitation training, the study group using biofeedback system and ice normal saline for treatment of swallowing training. 2 weeks treatment, before and after treatment with water swallow test. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment, the study group total effective rate 87.5%; control group 56.5%. There were significant differences between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: using biofeedback treatment system and ice normal saline for rehabilitation in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction after swallowing, the method is simple, on swallowing symptoms could promote.
