软骨母细胞瘤影像学表现

Imaging features of chondroblastoma

目的:探讨软骨母细胞瘤影像学的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法:对手术病理证实6例软骨母细胞瘤影像学资料进行回顾性分析,总结其影像学表现。结果:胫骨近端1例,股骨远端1例,肱骨近端1例,跟骨2例、肩胛骨1例。影像学表现:膨胀性骨质破坏2例,囊样骨质破坏4例,4例病灶周围(或部分)有硬化边;2例病灶内多发低密度区,5例病灶内有点、条状钙化;2例病灶周围密度增高,边界不清,脂肪间隙模糊;局部皮质消失2例,软组织肿块1例;骨膜反应3例;MRI上T1WI呈低信号,T2WI混杂高/低信号,2例均可见周围软组织及骨髓水肿,增强扫描2例实质部分及间隔强化。结论:软骨母细胞瘤影像学表现具有一定的特征性,其影像学检查方式各有优点,综合X线、CT及MRI多能做出术前正确诊断。

Objective： To investigate the value of imaging Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of chondroblas- toma. Methods： imaging information of 6 cases with pathologically confirmed chondrohlastoma were analyzed retro- spectively, and its imaging manifestations was summed. Results： occurred in proximal tibia （n=1）,distal femur（n=l）, proximal hummer（n=1）, calcareous （n=2）, the scapula（n=1）.imaging features： expansive bony destructed （n=2）,cystic bony destructed （n=4）,sclerotic edge was seen （or partly seen） in 4 patients. There were multiple low density area in 2 lesions, dot and stripe calcification in 5 lesions, around increase in density, unclear boundaries, fat space fuzzy in 2 lesions, local bone cortex disappointed in 2 cases,soft tissues swelling in 1 case, and periosteal reaction in 3 cases. MRI features： T1WI showed low signal, T2WI showed mixed high and low signal. Distant soft tissues and bone marrow edema in 1 case .And substance and interval reinforcement occurred in 2 cases with enhanced scan. Conclusion： The imaging features of chondroblastoma were of certain characteristic, The imaging methods each had advantages, and the correct preoperative diagnosis can be made with X-ray in combination with CT and MRI.
