2011年～2013年某院调血脂药物应用的分析

Application analysis of lipid regulating agents in our hospital from 2011 to 2013

目的：通过对某医院近3年来调血脂药物的应用分析,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：采用限定日剂量法,统计分析某医院2011~2013年用药频度（DDDs）,并对各种调血脂药物金额及构成比进行回顾性统计分析,利用排序比值对药物同步相关性进行比较。结果：用药频度及金额排序靠前的是阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀和非诺贝特,且同步相关性较好。结论：该院调血脂药物使用较平稳,他汀类药物应用广泛。

Objective： To analyze the usage of regulating blood lipid drugs of Hospital in the past three years and provide the reference for clinical rational usage of drugs. Methods： By the method of limitation of daily dose,the DDDs in our hospital during 2011 - 2013 were statistically analyzed, and the amount of money and proportion of the regulating blood lipid drugs was also retrospectively analyzed. The synchronous correlation in application of the drugs was compared by using the ratio of serial numbers. Results： Atorvastatin, Simvastatin and fenofibrate were locat- ed in the front row of the sequence of DDDs as well as amount of money. The synchronous correlation of atorvas- tatin, simvastatin, fenofibrate was better. Conclusion： The usage of regulating blood lipid drugs in our hospital was sta- ble. The statins show a wide prospect of market.
