两种宣教方式对未婚流产青少年再次妊娠干预效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Impact of Two Health Education Methods on Re-pregnancy of Unmarried Aborted Adolescents

目的:比较流产后实施流产后咨询教育与一般健康宣教对未婚流产青少年生殖健康的影响,为医院开展完善的流产后服务提供参考。方法:将符合条件的320例患者随机分成干预组和对照组各160例,干预组实施流产后咨询与教育,对照组给予一般宣教,1年后行避孕及意外妊娠情况调查。结果:流产后1年,干预组与对照组中分别有80%(95/118)和26%(32/120)的研究对象采用了有效的避孕措施,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组中有2例(1.2%,2/118),对照组有16例(13.3%,16/120)出现再次意外妊娠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对未婚流产青少年实施PACE干预可显著提高未婚青少年有效避孕措施的使用率,降低意外妊娠的发生率及重复流产率。

Objective： To compare the effect of the general health education and implementation of abortion counseling and the education （post-abortion counseling and education, PACE） after miscarriage on unmarried adolescent reproductive health and provide a reference for the hospital to carry out the perfect abortion. Methods： 320 cases of abortion in Anhui provincial hospital from September 2012 to February 2013 were divided randomly into intervention group （ 160 cases ）,and control group （160 cases）,which received PACE mission and the traditional abortion in general education respectively. Contraception and unintended pregnancy were surveyed a year later. Results： One year after the abortion, 80% （ 95/118 ） and 26 % （32/120 ） of subjects in intervention group and control group used effective contraception measures respectively. the two groups. There were two cases in the intervention The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） between group （1.2 %, 2 / 118 ） appeared accidental pregnancy, while 16 cases in the control group （ 13.3,16 / 120 ）, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） between the two groups. Conclusion： The implementation of PACE intervention in unmarried adolescent after abortion can significantly improve effective contraceptive measures and reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancy and repeated abortion.
