重叠综合征合并干燥综合征1例

A case report of overlap syndrome complicated with sjogren syndrome

同时患有2种自身免疫性肝病称为重叠综合征,其中原发性胆汁性肝硬化-自身免疫性肝炎重叠综合征最常见,且多合并自身免疫性疾病,如干燥综合征,但目前尚无确切的重叠综合征诊断标准。该文通过1例重叠综合征合并干燥综合征病例的阐述,对重叠综合征的诊断和治疗提出自己的见解,以期对该病的临床诊疗有所帮助。

Objective： Suffering with 2 kinds of autoimmune liver disease at the same time called overlap syn- drome, in which the most common was primary biliary cirrhosis and autoimmune hepatitis overlap syndrome, and many complicated with autoimmune disease, such as sjogren syndrome. But there is no precise overlap syndrome di- agnostic criteria until now. This article expounds 1 patient with overlap syndrome complicated with Sjogren syndrome, and puts forward personal views on the diagnosis and treatment of overlap syndrome, and expects to provide additional information on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of overlap syndrome.
