城市视频监控系统建设及应用中的问题与对策——以辽宁省阜新市彰武县公安局为例

Problems and Countermeasures in Construction and Application of City Video Monitoring System——Take Public Security Bureau of Zhangwu County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province as an Example

经过近十年的发展,我国的城市视频监控系统建设取得了长足的进步,在公安机关预防和打击违法犯罪活动中起到了越来越重要的作用。但是,城市视频监控系统建设投入大,技术更新快,维护成本高,高效利用难。从公安业务应用的角度,调查分析了阜新市彰武县公安机关视频监控系统建设与应用现状,总结了当前城市视频监控系统建设与应用中存在的共性问题,并在此基础上提出了加强与改进城市视频监控系统建设和应用的对策措施。

After nearly 10 years of development, the construction of city video monitoring system in our country has made great progress, and has played a more and more important role in the public security organs to prevent and crack down on illegal and criminal activities. However, there are difficulties of cost, technology, maintenance, and high efficient utilization in video monitoring system construction in big cities. From the public security business application angle, this article analyzes the present situation of construction and application of video monitoring system in public security organs of Zhangwu County, Fuxin City, and summarizes the existing common problems to strengthen and improve the construction and application of city video monitoring system.
