摘要
尽管当今关系治理的相关研究大量集中在供应链的企业间以及关系营销学领域,但实际上Macneil和Williamson在提出关系契约概念时并没有限定于研究组织间的交易关系。作为创业的主要形式主体,创业团队及其治理问题日益得到关注,关系治理在其中发挥主要作用。本文通过对创业团队关系治理以往研究的梳理,区分了关系治理的不同层次,并进一步结合创业活动的特点以及个体间关系治理的特点,对创业团队关系治理的内涵、前因、后效等进行了总结与分析,对创业团队关系治理的未来研究方向提出几点建议。
A large number of relational governance literatures focus on supply chain and marketing. But when Macneil and Williamson put forward the concept of relational contract,it is not limited to inter-firm contract. Since teamwork goes for the prevalent way to start a new venture,how to governance an entrepreneurial team are drawing more and more attention,in which relational governance play an important role. Based on the extant literature,we first distinguish the different levels of relational governance. Then key element and the cause and effect of entrepreneurial team relational governance are summarized and analyzed,in consideration of the characteristics of both entrepreneurial activity and the interpersonal relational governance. Finally,some suggestions on the future research direction of entrepreneurial team relational governance are put forward.
