摘要
目的探讨药师对冠状动脉造影术患者的用药监护方式。方法临床药师以既往用药史、过敏史为依据,对4例冠状动脉造影术患者开展对比剂的用药监护、冠心病二级预防的用药宣教。结果与结论对冠状动脉造影患者,临床药师应仔细询问过敏史、用药史,判断易感因素,减少药物不良反应的发生风险,确保患者用药安全。
Objective To explore pharmaceutical care points and standardized pharmacy practice model patients with for coronary heart disease receiving percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods Pharmacy practices were conducted and care points were searched in four case of percutaneous coronary intervention with contrast agents to improve the outcome of therapy, according to medication history and allergic history.Results and Conclusion Clinical pharmacist pay attention to the medication history and reduce the risk of drug adverse reaction,to improve rational drug use and ensure the medication safety.
