论文采用SWOT分析法,从永靖渔业发展的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁等四个方面进行了全面分析,提出了"依托区位优势,大力发展旅游渔业,做好网箱养鱼"的发展思路和观点,并提出工程的、技术的、行政推动的三大对策措施,为政府部门科学决策提供参考。

By using the SWOT analysis method, the current situation of fisheries resource in Yongjing was analyzed from its advantages, disadvantages, chances, threats, and so on. The development of ideas and opinions are put forward, such as ＂relying on geographical advantages, vigorously develop tourism fisheries; develop in the cages with fish＂. And engineering, technical and administrative measures are puts forward to provide reference for government decision-making.
