摘要
建立了同时测定保健品口服液中睾酮、孕酮和雄酮等10种性激素的液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)分析方法。以甲醇为提取溶剂,超声提取,经酸性氧化铝、C18固相萃取柱净化,采用LC-MS/MS进行检测。10种激素在1~200ng/m L范围内线性良好(r2〉0.99),方法检出限为0.2~5μg/kg,在5、10、20μg/kg的3个添加水平范围内的平均回收率为70.92%~111.33%,相对标准偏差均小于15%,方法可满足口服液中性激素快速检测要求。
A detection method for ten kinds of sexual hormones in healthcare dietetic liquid by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The healthcare dietetic liquid were extracted by menthol under ultra sonication.Sample of oral solutions were purified by the alumina,C18 solid-phase extraction column. The standard calibration curve for sexual hormones was in good linearity between the signal strength and the concentration from 1 to 200 ng / mL,and the correlation coefficient( r2) was 0. 99. The detection limit of this method for ten sexual hormones was 0. 2 ~ 5 μg/kg. The mean recoveries of this method for ten sexual hormone at three spiked concentration levels of 5,10,20 μg / kg ranged from 70. 92% to 111. 33%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 15%. This method can meet the requirements of fast detection for sexual hormones in healthcare dietetic liquid.
