摘要 标题化合物是一种非常重要的化工中间体,广泛地应用于农药与医药领域,是合成氯虫苯甲酰胺的重要原料。对标题化合物的合成进行了研究,以烟酰胺为原料,在Na Cl O溶液和Na OH溶液中经霍夫曼重排反应得到3-氨基吡啶,其在浓盐酸/双氧水条件下进行氯化反应制得2-氯-3-氨基吡啶,2-氯-3-氨基吡啶再经过重氮化反应和Sandmeyer反应制得标题化合物,总收率73.7%,纯度99.0%。其化学结构经1HNMR分析得到确证。 2,3-Dichloropyridine is a very important chemical intermediate,widely used in pesticide and medicine,it is also an important raw material of synthetic chlorantraniliprole. In this work,the synthetic method of 2,3-dichloropyridine was investigated,3-aminopyridine was prepared by reaction of nicotinamide with Na Cl O solution and Na OH solution,3-aminopyridine reacted with hydrogen peroxide / concentrated hydrochloric acid to 2-chloro-3-aminopyridine. Finally,2,3-dichloropyridine was prepared by diazotization and Sandmeyer reaction with 2-chloro-3-aminopyridine. The target compound could be obtained in 73. 7% yield and99. 0% purity. The product was confirmed by1 HNMR.
