摘要
在分析注射成型工艺流程和控制变量的基础上,概述了注塑机控制系统的基本结构,并详细论述了注塑机控制系统的发展历程及最新研究进展。最后,对注塑机控制系统的发展前景进行了预测,指出注塑机控制系统正在向智能化、高精度、标准化的方向发展。
Based on the analysis of injection molding process and control variables, the basic structure of injection molding machine control system was outlined, and the development and the latest research progress of injection molding machine control system were summarize. Finally, the development prospects of injection molding machine control system were predicted, pointing out that the direction of injection molding machine control system is intelligent, high precision and standardized.
