摘要
目的建立HPLC测定相思子叶中滨蓟黄素含量的方法。方法色谱条件为色谱柱Hypersil BDS C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-0.2%甲酸水溶液(B),二元梯度梯度洗脱,检测波长为330nm,流速为1.0m L·min^-1。结果滨蓟黄素在0.062~0.31μg与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为Y=241.91X+19.264,r=0.9993,平均加样回收率为99.37%(RSD=1.37%)。结论该方法简便准确、分离度好、专属性强,可用于相思子叶中滨蓟黄素的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of cirsimaritin in the leaves of Abrus precatorius L. METHODS Hypersil BDS C18column( 4. 6mm × 150 mm,5μm) was used,and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water using a gradient elution.
