摘要
目的建立HPLC检测法测定蛇伤Ⅱ号合剂中大黄酚的含量。方法采用C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(72:28),流速为1.0m L·min^-1;检测波长254nm。结果大黄酚在8.580~171.600ng的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为96.71±0.96(RSD为0.99%)。结论该法具有良好的精密度和重现性,结果准确可靠,可用于蛇伤Ⅱ号合剂中大黄酚的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Chrysophanol in Sheshang Ⅱ mixture by HPLC. METHODS Welch Ultimate XB-C18column( 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm) was used with mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 72∶ 28). The flow rate was 1. 0m L·min^- 1,and The detection wavelength was254 nm. RESULTS The linear relationship of Chrysophanol was good in the range of 8. 580 ~ 171. 600 ng. The average recovery was 96. 71 ± 0. 96( RSD0. 99%). CONCLUSION The method is accuracy and reliable and has good precision and reappearance,which can be used for the measurement of Chrysophilite in Sheshang Ⅱmixture.
