摘要
[目的]探讨高分子乳化剂在水乳剂中的应用。[方法]选用高分子乳化剂,采用反相法制备环境友好型新型高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂,并检测其理化性能指标。[结果]5%高效氟氯氰菊酯水乳剂的优化配方为溶剂环己酮8%,高分子乳化剂N-200与G-200组合,配比为2颐2,自来水补足。其优化配方在室温、冷贮、热贮下稳定,各项技术指标均符合水乳剂的质量技术指标要求。[结论]经激光粒度仪测定油珠颗粒粒径,结果表明水乳剂物理稳定性与颗粒粒径分布呈密切相关。
[Aims] The aim was to explore the application of polymeric emulsifier in oil-in-water emulsion. [Methods] An environmental friendly and novel formulation of beta-cyfluthrin EW was prepared with polymeric emulsifier by the phase transfer method, in addition, the physical and chemical performance indexes of the formulation were tested.[Results] The optimum formula of be ta-cyfluthrin 5% EW was cyclohexanone 8%, polymeric emulsifier 4%, in which the ratio of N-200 to G-200 was 2:2, and tap water up to 100%. The formula was stable in room temperature, low temperature and thermal storage, and the physical and chemical performance indexes met the technical standard for oil-in-water emulsion. [Conclusions] The particle size of oil droplet was measured by laser particle analyzer, and the results showed that the physical stability of emulsion and particle size distribution were closely related.
