气相色谱法分析杀虫气雾剂中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药 被引量:3

Determination of Five Pyrethroid Insecticides in Insect Aerosol by Gas Chromatography

摘要 [目的]建立同时测定杀虫气雾剂中右旋烯丙菊酯、氯氟醚菊酯、胺菊酯、氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯5种拟除虫菊酯类农药的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用DB-5毛细管柱和FID检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物,利用程序升温分离测定。[结果]5种菊酯类农药的线性关系良好,变异系数均小于4.0%,3个质量分数水平的样品加标回收率为98.25%∽101.96%。[结论]对50个市售杀虫气雾剂产品实际检测应用表明该方法具有良好的分离效果、准确度和回收率。 [Aims] The aim was to establish a gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of five pyrethroid pesticides such as D-allethrin, meperfluthrin, tetramethrin, permethrin and cypermethrin in insect aerosol.[Methods] The samples were determinated by using temperature programmed chromatography with a DB-5 capillary column, FID detector and with dipentyl phthalate as internal standard compound. [Results] The linearities were good for the five target analytes. The recoveries at 3 levels were between 98.25 and 101.96%, with the variation coefficient less than 4.0%. [Conclusions] The determination of 50 insect aerosol products for sale showed that the method has the advantages of good separation efficiency, high accuracy and recovery.
