我院门诊药房中成药处方调查与分析

Analysis and Survey of Chinese medicine prescriptions in the out- patient pharmacy

目的:考查本院中成药处方的书写与用药情况,规范门诊中成药处方质量,提高临床合理使用中成药的水平,保证中成药用药安全、有效。方法:随机抽取门诊2014年8—9月的1 500张中成药处方,用Excel进行统计分析。结果:不合格处方占总处方的4.0%,主要表现在超疗程用药、超剂量用药、重复用药、临床诊断书写不全和违反配伍禁忌等方面。结论:定期进行处方审查和点评,可以提高医师和药师的药学水平,促进临床合理用药。

Objective： Investigate a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine pres- criptions writing and the medication situation,standardize the quality of out- patient traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions to improve level of clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine,and to ensure traditional Chinese medicine medication security and effectiveness. Methods： 1 500 traditional Chinese medicines prescriptions for out- patient during the period of Aguest and September,2014 were randomly sampled and were analyzed by using Excel. Results： Of the 1 500 prescriptions,4. 0% were irrationalones,which manifested as super drug treatment、overdose、repeat medication 、incomplete clinical diagnosis and unreasonable drug combination,Incompatibility. Conclusion： The author considers we should analyse prescriptions regularly in order to promote doctors and pharmacists＇ medicine knowledge and use traditional Chinese medicine reasonable.
