循经络仿生物电刺激对人工流产手术后子宫内膜血运的影响

Effect of Meridian-along Analog Bioelectricity Stimulation on Endometrial Blood Flow of Women After Induced Abortion

【目的】观察循经络仿生物电刺激法对人工流产手术(简称人流术)后子宫内膜血运的影响,并探讨其作用机理。【方法】将200例孕12周内行早孕人工流产的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。治疗组患者使用PHENIX-USB4神经肌肉刺激治疗仪预防性治疗,对照组不用该治疗。所有患者于人流术后第1次月经来潮第15天行阴道彩色多普勒检查,检测子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流收缩末期峰值与舒张末期峰值的比值(S/D)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)等参数情况。【结果】循经络仿生物电刺激治疗组患者术后子宫内膜的修复效果较对照组好,其子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流S/D、RI、PI值均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。【结论】仿生物电刺激是一种安全有效、简单经济并且无创的治疗方式,配合中医经络理论的选穴原则,其治疗更具有目的性和有效性,为促进人流术后患者子宫内膜血流灌注的恢复及子宫内膜的修复提供新的治疗途径。

Objective To observe the effect of meridian-along analog bioelectricity stimulation on endometrial blood flow of women after induced abortion, and to explore the therapeutic mechanism. Methods Two hundred pregnant women within 12 gestational weeks received induced abortion, and then were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The treatment group was given preventive treatment with PHENIX-USB4 neuromuscular stimulation apparatus, and the control group had no treatment. On the 15 th day of the first menstrual period after the surgery, all of the patients had the vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination. The ultrasound examination outcomes included endometrial thickness, ratio of endometrial spiral artery end-systolic peak to the end-diastolic peak（ S / D）, pulsation index（ PI） and resistance index（ RI）.Results The treatment group had better effect on repairing the postoperative endometrium than the control group,and had lower S / D, PI, and RI, the differences being statistically significant（ all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Analog bioelectricity stimulation is a safe, effective, simple, economic and noninvasive treatment method, and its effect can be enhanced when used following the meridian-along acupoint-selection principle. The meridianalong analog bioelectricity stimulation therapy will provide a new treatment approach to promote endometrial blood flow perfusion and endometrial repair in women after induced abortion.
