黄芪散中葛根与桑白皮的质量控制 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】建立黄芪散复方中葛根与桑白皮的质量控制方法。【方法】以桑根酮D、葛根素、1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)为对照品,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄芪散质量。【结果】HPLC法检测桑根酮D、葛根素、1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ),各有效成分完全分离,峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率分别为99.2%、98.6%、99.6%;相对标准偏差(sR)分别为1.97%、1.58%、1.81%。【结论】该含量测定方法准确、简便、重复性好,是一种较理想的控制黄芪散复方质量的方法。 Objective To establish a quality-controlling method for Radix Puerariae and Cortex Mori in Huangqi Powder. Methods With sanggenon D, puerarin and 1-deoxynojirimycin as references, high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was applied for the determination of Radix Puerariae and Cortex Mori in Huangqi Powder. Results HPLC results showed that sanggenon D, puerarin and 1-deoxynojirimycin were completely separated, a good linear relationship being present between their peak area and mass concentration. The average recovery of sanggenon D, puerarin and 1-deoxynojirimycin was 99.2%, 98.6%, 99.6%, and relative standard deviation( RSD) was 1.97%, 1.58%, 1.81% respectively. Conclusion The established method is accurate,simple and with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Huangqi Powder.
