本文基于山西大学在化学工程领域专业学位研究生培养中的实践探索,在分析当前专业学位研究生培养现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了地方高校开展应用型人才培养的有效措施和改革方向。本文可为其他高校进行专业学位培养提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the exploration for the master of chemical engineering education by Shanxi University,the paper analyzes the present situation and problems in education for chemical engineering masters.It provides the effective solutions and the reform orientation of the applied personnel education for local university.The paper sheds light on the innovation of the engineering education for the other universities.
